Stayed for 4 nights and was impressed by this trendy boutique hotel. The room was extremely spacious here with fantastic views. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a nice touch.

It has particularly good location to see Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal. The room is reasonably large and functional with a great views and king bed, for instance🙂

This accommodation had a very central setting in the Central neighborhood. The room was reasonably spacious and huge with very comfortable queen bed, besides it had wake-up service, just in case.

The room was kept very clean and available with king bed a. The room had a dining area, a kitchen, and a chair plus safe, provided for safety measures.

Some of the staff were terrible.

Outstanding food, extraordinarily friendly staff at all times. Good-sized and functional room with a handy kitchenette.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The rooms were new-fashioned and functional with bedroom and huge sofa, as example, no complaints. Also, location was great, just a pleasant stroll away from Soho.

Elles sont beaucoup plus élégantes que celles des autres hôtels de cette chaîne. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très serviable et professionnel. Ils accueillent les clients avec le sourire et font en sorte que leur séjour soit agréable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel dans une zone commerciale est très pratique. Il est situé à proximité d'un escalier, ce qui facilite les déplacements.

Tout était très bien, rien à redire.

A Hidden Gem in a Great Location!

During my stay at The Jervois, I was pleasantly surprised by the hidden gem I discovered. The room I stayed in was beautifully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious layout. The comfortable bed and high-quality amenities made it feel luxurious. The location was perfect, with easy access to Central and other districts. I also enjoyed the convenience of the free shuttle bus to the airport. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of blackout curtains, the overall experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, design, and convenient location.

The room was reasonably spacious, had essentials, like a shower, a hairdryer and guest toiletries. It was in a marvellous location with Mtr Sheung Wan nearby. The service was fantastic in my opinion. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

Kindness from the whole staff. Good-sized rooms with climate control and a couch.

Location close to the wonderful Man Mo Temple and PMQ unique shopping mall. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the suite, plus a dining area, a kitchen and a chair. Lots of food at the great breakfast.

The hotel was great, I liked it, especially lake view. The room was functional and huge with a shower, a hairdryer, and guest toiletries in the private bathroom.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was outstanding, considering the spaciousness and modernity of the rooms. The attention to detail was impeccable, with the rooms being kept clean and featuring a great shower. The location in a great area made it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

All was great, nothing to complain about.
